Job description
Seeking an Appeals & Grievance Specialists to support a backlog of Emergency Department charges that were mistakenly denied for MD Medicare, Medicaid and Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) members. Will be responsible for identifying why these claims were denied then adjudicate.
Skills:
- Experience as an Appeals & Grievance Specialist
- Prior experience supporting Maryland Medicare, Medicaid, and/or Dual Eligible Special Needs Plans (D-SNPs) providers as an Appeals & Grievance Specialist
Nice to have:
- Experience working with Hyland's OnBase Appeals & Grievance solution
- Experience working with Citrix
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
