Appliance Delivery Driver For Major Home Improvement Store
$850/Week, W-9

To be considered for a delivery driver position, you MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING, prior experience driving a 26 ft. Box Truck and delivering home appliances with a shoulder lifting harness.

*This position requires lifting/moving with a partner; FULL-SIZE REFRIGERATORS, FREEZERS, GAS & ELECTRIC RANGES, WASHING MACHINES, DRYERS, AND DISHWASHERS.* If you do not have experience moving and installing/connecting these items, DO NOT APPLY.*

26 Ft. BOX TRUCK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. You will be driving on all types on roads rain or shine or snow.

• Possessing the skills needed to inspect, deliver, and place appliances in a customer's home as well as removal of old appliances.
• Ability to efficiently load and unload truck.
• Consistently make good decisions with little to no supervision.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid DOT medical certification.
• Two years experience driving 26 ft. Box Truck.
• Two years home appliance delivery and installation.
• Customer service skills.
• Work safely in a customer-focused, fast-paced environment.
• MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION to arrive to work ON-TIME every day scheduled.
• Full-time position must be able to start work 7AM Monday through Saturday.
• Must be comfortable speaking politely to customers, using phone applications, reading maps and operating GPS.

Physical Requirements:

• Have the ability to consistently lift/move boxes, appliances, and accessories in excess of 200lbs.
• Continuously lift, lower, push, pull all sizes of boxes/appliances up to and in excess of 200 lbs.
• Work/Deliver in a variety of outdoor weather conditions.

Pay: From $850.00 per week

• Every weekend
