As a Home Appliance team member, you’ll have the opportunity to create a positive customer experience through excellent customer service and care, providing the best products the industry has to offer at the best prices, and the best service during and after every sale. We are not only a household appliance sales center, but also have our own in house delivery/installation teams and service department. We stand behind every product we sell with support for our customers when they need it most.. Everyday brings the opportunity to work alongside friends and family, meet new people, and have a positive impact on each customer’s day.

We are currently looking to add to our appliance technician teams in the delivery and install department as well as adding repair technicians.

Basic Qualifications

● Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation

● Available to work the hours scheduled including Saturday hours.
● Meet store operating policies and standards including, providing quality products and services, cash handling and store safety and security
● Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication

● Ability to learn quickly
● Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Ability to work as part of a team
● Ability to build relationships
● Adaptability to ever changing technology and implementation of technologies used in the field

We are looking to add to both our delivery/installation teams as well as our service department. Prior experience is not required. We want to give potential team members the opportunity to learn a new skill/trade through training and experience provided by us and through the manufacturers we support. We are dedicated to this process to ensure success and confidence in our field for each and every team member. These are skills that carry over into a number of different life and professional applications.

Summary of Experience for Appliance Technician Delivery/Installation Teams

● No previous experience required
● Meet the physical requirements of this position including frequently lifting items over 75lbs, kneeling, squatting, bending crouching, crawling, walking, standing and climbing throughout the day

● Maintain a valid driver’s license
● Comply with drug testing/background checks as required for employment
● Ability to work cohesively as part of a team (two man crews)

Summary of Experience for Appliance Technician Service/Repair

● No previous experience is required
● Meet physical requirements of this position such as lifting more than 75lbs, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing/descending stairs throughout the day

● Maintain a valid driver’s license
● Comply with drug testing/background checks as required by manufacturers
● Mechanical experience and/or aptitude is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
