Job Summary

Intelligent Automation, the intersection of RPA (Robotics Process Automation) with advanced analytics/AI, presents a unique opportunity to enhance our business capabilities. IPAL (Intelligent Process Automation Lab) is building a team of experts charged with scaling our delivery capability and helping to shape/drive automation opportunities.

This position within IPAL team is responsible for ensuring alignment of project-specific designs with Intelligent Automation including supporting our RPA (UiPath) application architecture roadmap; driving project and/or product teams on functional and technical design activities; defining the interaction between application packages, databases, and middleware systems to optimize product functional coverage; and acting as subject matter expert (SME) for for the IPAL Delivery Team.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
  • Experience in Intelligent Automation, including RPA (UiPath or other platforms) application and/or product feature design.
  • Full lifecycle architecture and development experience in large scale RPA initiatives
  • Experience in application development platforms and/or languages (HTML/CSS/ASP.Net/PHCSC/Ruby/C#/VB.Net).
  • Experience in cloud computing (SaaS / PaaS).
  • Experience in DevOps and/or continuous deployment and/or integration processes and tools (UCD, Jenkins, GitHub, Jira).
  • Experience in iterative and/or agile and/or scrum development.
  • Experience in solution architecture.
  • Application domain knowledge.
  • Prototyping.
  • Problem-solving/ analytical thinking.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Intelligent Automation Platform like UiPath application architecture and development.
  • Good inter-personal communication skills, communicating with Business process owners, Infrastructure team, Functional Analyst and Developers.
  • Experience leading and mentoring teams of Developers,
  • Development expertise on an RPA platform (UiPath or other)
  • 2+ years Development experience in RPA along with 6+ years of overall experience with Web Development which should include VB.Net or C#
* Experience creating Solution Design Documents (SDD) ensuring Design goals like Modularity, Reliability, Maintainability, Reusability
  • Knowledge of object-oriented design concepts
  • Ability to multi-task and lead development teams to ensure timely software development deliverables.
  • Certification: UI Path & other programming languages
  • Experience in Health Care Insurance Industry
