The Job:
Application Software Specialists hold a variety of responsibilities including: day to day customer service/support, troubleshooting customer software issues, new customer implementations, training, and more. The person in this position provides status updates to stakeholders on projects and technical issues. This is a multi-dimensional job requiring self-motivation in a constantly changing environment. Growth opportunities include senior specialist positions, sales, and software development. This is a hybrid position in the Eagle County, CO area.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Required
    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Travel to customer sites to implement software systems
    • Proven ability to manage small to medium sized projects
    • Vail Valley based – we are currently not considering candidates re-locating
    • Quick learner, great attitude, team player
  • Strongly Preferred
    • Experience with technology and hardware-based products
    • SQL, Crystal Reports. Windows OS’s, Web Development, POS systems, GDS Systems, Credit Card systems
    • Hospitality Experience
    • Customer Service Experience
