SUMMARY
The primary tasks of a BDC Agent are, but not limited to: Communicating effectively by telephone and by e-mail with customers, co-workers, and management (this will include both inbound and outbound communications) and to schedule appointments for customers. The BDC Agent continually upgrades the knowledge of dealership products and services for the benefit of the customer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Complete outbound calls, inclusive of e-mails where necessary, and a quantity of inbound calls each day
- Respond to all customer inquiries promptly, professionally and effectively
- Utilize established templates to communicate with customers by e-mail and telephone
- Schedule, log and confirm appointments with customers
- Communicate customer information to the Manager when an appointment is scheduled
- Continually studies products, services and manufacturer information to enhance BDC Agent’s ability to assist customers
- Has thorough knowledge of all dealership services
- Understand pertinent dealership processes
- Communicate with the Manager any/all potential customer issues or problems
- Perform all outbound campaigns as directed by the Manager
- Maintains professional manor and appearance
Pay Wage for this position is $17.00 per hour plus commission.
