At MoveEasy, we have created a simplified process for homeowners to complete all moving and home management tasks in one place including finding the right moving companies, helping them with home and auto insurance quotes, setting up their utilities and digital services like internet, cable, TV and home security and helping them with local home professionals. We are one of the biggest and most rapidly growing concierge services in the real estate industry and work with some of the biggest brokerages in this space.
As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for qualifying leads and setting up appointments for the Consultative Sales Representative team.
ABOUT THE ROLE

• No Prospecting or Cold Calling: Homeowners are referred to us by our real estate partners. So you will not need to do any prospecting or cold calling. Each homeowner is assigned to a concierge. Your role is simply to educate & excite and then to set up a time to connect them with their concierge. You will be expected to make around 20-30 appointments a day.
• Technology & Training: We are a tech company so the technology you get to enable your sales is unrivaled. Our systems will help you quickly dial multiple prospects and set up appointments in minutes. Other features such as pre-set calling queues, one-click texting, and voicemails, and scripting are all available to ensure that you don't miss an opportunity.
• Competitive Compensation: We offer a competitive hourly base plus commissions. On top of the $16 hourly rate, you will also be given bonuses once you cross a pre-determined tier for the appointments that shows up. You also get other sales perks including bonuses, gift cards, and merchandise based on weekly and monthly performance.
• Growth Opportunities: This role offers you the opportunity to move up to a Consultative Sales Representative (Concierge Advisor) role depending on your performance as an appointment scheduler.
