Band 4 Apprentice Radiographer (annex 21)
We are very excited to announce an opportunity to complete a Level 6 Diagnostic Radiography Apprenticeship within The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust Radiology department.
We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic candidates, with experience and passion for patient contact, to join our exceptional General Departmental team.
This position is a training post and you will be expected to complete the Diagnostic Radiographer degree apprenticeship via Sheffield Hallam University. Previous interest/experience within Radiology is desired.
The apprenticeship is a 3 year course and will consist of both on the job and off the job training. Training will be provided by both Sheffield Hallam University and the department. The course is expected to start in March 2023. The department proudly consists of Radiographers with a passion for teaching and an experienced team of Reporting Radiographers to assist in teaching aspects of Radiography.
This post is 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, including study days to be agreed at a later time.
The post will be paid at Band 3 for Year 1 & Band 4 at Year 2-3 . Please note that there is no position available at this time, should you choose to step off the course.
