EA Collective was founded in 2008 and we are seeking a dedicated Architect to join our company. We are based in McCook, Nebraska. We serve a wide variety of public and private entities and welcome the challenge of each project as an opportunity to let your best qualities shine.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan projects in line with the current zoning and building codes.
• Produce conceptual plans and renderings.
• Plans and programs layout of projects.
• Coordination and research of materials and products for project specifications.
• Monitor on-site construction progress including quality control.
• Perform site visits as needed, while following safety guidelines
• Track and report on project progress
• Collaborate with contractors and project managers
• Coordinate and integrate engineering elements to produce a unified design.

Requirements and skills

• Minimum of 4 years of architectural experience
• Accredited bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods and building codes
• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and self-starter
• Currently licensed as an Architect
• Ability to become licensed in Nebraska and the surrounding states

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
