• 100% Travel Required
• Full Time (Hourly + Overtime as Needed)

Essential Job Functions:

• Evaluate overall safety, work quality and productivity of all personnel for multiple asbestos projects and report to assigned project manager and division manager
• Identify deficiencies in training and unsafe conditions including those for temporary labor, and report these conditions to site supervisors timely
• Evaluate equipment use, personnel performance, supply/surplus and deficiencies
• Evaluate site supplies including availability and deficiencies
• Communicate directly with project supervisors and assigned project manager
• Develop and maintain accurate field notes for each project visit
• Develop professional relationships with project supervisors
• Evaluate waste management procedures and documentation.
• Inspect daily reports and determine if document procedures are being followed, and ensure documents are being sent to Bloomington office timely
• Assist in determination of crews for new projects
• Choose and assign supervisors with project managers for new projects
• Temporary employees will be assigned of as needed basis, and temporary labor companies selected by General Manager
• Maintain appropriate safety and environmental training certifications

• 3 years leadership experience preferred
