Assembler-Boards.
This role
produces sub-assembly products according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams. Other responsibilities include:

Operates tools and production equipment needed to build computer boards.

Retrieves diagrams from computer and studies blueprints.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and assembly procedures within electronic manufacturing field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Uses experience and judgment to identify steps and procedures within diagrams.

Works with light chemicals for sealing PCB boards in a controlled environment.

May need to perform documentation.

Conforms with ESD policy, safety practices, FOD control, and ISO procedures.

The goal for this individual is to have zero OBF's in the performance of their job function, and to produce results that exceed quality goals and increase customer satisfaction.
Requires:
Education: High school diploma or its equivalent
Experience: One years of experience in the field of electronics preferred
Physical: Must be able to manipulate small objects with hand and see objects with small details and parts. Performs assembly at a work bench in sitting and standing positions. Must be able to solder and use various hand tools, including a crimper and a ruler.
