Acara Solutions is looking for an Equipment Manufacturing Assembler for our Client located in Winter Springs, FL
Job Responsibilities
- Electromechanical device sub-assembly
- SMT and through-hole soldering
- Fabricate cable and wire assemblies, sub-assemblies
- Record and maintain all manufacturing device documentation
- Participate in cross training activities
- Utilize hand tools, soldering iron and measurement intstruments to support assembly operation
- Maintain the highest quality workmanship and productivity
- Work cross departmentally to ensure rapid issue resolution
- Maintain assembly equipment and a clean organized work area
Qualifications
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings
- Ability to assemble complex mechanical assemblies
- Ability to follow written procedures and verbal direction from supervisors
- Proficient in soldering techniques in accordance with IPC-610 or equivalent
- Proper knowledge and understanding of ESD
- Basic understanding and working knowledge of complex medical device quality requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
High School Diploma
1 year of assembly/soldering
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Up to $16.00 per hour
