*The Opportunity*
Medical Positioning, Inc is seeking candidates with strong mechanical experience and skills to fill our Assembly Technician position. As a vital production team member, your responsibilities will ensure that our products are constructed with the highest quality, and on time. As a small, growing company, each team member is a valued contributor to company success.

*What You’ll Do*
- Assemble products from beginning to end.
- Inspect parts used for assembly.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and improve assembly procedures.
- Pick, test, package, ship, and track parts and accessory orders.
- Receive parts and finished products, while maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Operate equipment, such as a forklift, safely and efficiently.
- Assist in quality testing and product inspection.
- Document activity, ensuring compliance and maintenance of product history.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- A desire to learn – as an Assembly Technician, you will participate in our hands-on training program.
- Drive and adaptability – in an ever-evolving industry adapting our approach is essential to ensure our products are meeting end-user needs.
- Mechanical Aptitude – use your talents to read blueprints and use hand tools to assemble tables from start to finish.
- Ability to problem solve and identify process efficiencies and improvements .
- A high School diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year of work experience with demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Forklift experience is preferred.
- Experience working with power tools, hand saws, banding pallets, crating, wrapping, and picking replacement part pulling.
