The successful candidate will be appointed as Assistant/Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacy and serve as the Director, Collaborative and Community Outreach.
Responsibilities of this position include advocating for and managing USC Mann’s interprofessional collaboration and education efforts as well as setting and meeting service and learning objectives in our co-curricular community health outreach activities. Scholarly activities and university service are important contributions for the well-rounded faculty candidate’s recruitment and success.
As a faculty member, service to the school through active participation is expected. Routine faculty administration and participation duties, including attendance at departmental and pharmacy faculty council meetings, assigned committee service, as well as annual review submissions, peer review, and peer-to-peer teaching evaluation activities are components of faculty citizenship. The faculty member should also contribute to the growth of the profession through service on a national level.
