We seek an experienced Tutor to help provide home-based instruction to students. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and will enjoy helping students with their homework and after-school projects. Our Tutor will play a vital role in helping students build skills in their core subjects (mathematics, science, English and language arts) and they will also promote an interest in technology by helping students develop their computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work with students at their homes to develop writing, reading, and math skills.
• Observe students' progress and monitor the effectiveness of their education.
• Observe, record, and evaluate children's behavior.
• Create lesson plans.
• Analyze students' work and adjust instruction as necessary.
• Answer questions about schoolwork.
• Meet with parents to discuss students' progress and offer advice on how to help students succeed in school.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,985.40 - $44,808.40 per year
