Job Description

POSITION TITLE: ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY

LOCATION: CHEROKEE COUNTY, TAHLEQUAH

STATUS: FULL-TIME EXEMPT, IMMEDIATE OPENING

CLOSING: OPEN UNTIL FILLED

SALARY: $55K-90K

BENEFITS:
Full State of Oklahoma benefits, including

POSITION SUMMARY:
District 27 has immediate opening for Assistant
District Attorney in our Cherokee County office.
This candidate will perform a variety of
professional duties, specifically; prosecution of
misdemeanors and felonies. Applicants should
be able to effectively communicate and work
with law enforcement and other agencies.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Experience not required. Juris Doctorate from
accredited law school.
