We begin in May!

Helping Hands Gardening & Landscape is looking for individuals to join our team to work for our existing clients.

If you like to work in your own yard, weeding, planting flowers and bulbs, trimming a few bushes and raking leaves out of beds only, than this job is for you! We do not mow lawns or mulch!

Part time, seasonal, May thru October, great for anyone over 18 from college students to retirees!

Monday to Friday- usually 8:30/9 am to 1/2 pm hours dependent on weather, job locations, staffing and client’s needs.

Work any set combination of days with very flexible scheduling.

We have off all weekends and all Summer Holidays

Wages based upon a willingness to learn and availability schedule. $11.50 per hour to start, bonus and raises are available throughout the season.

Requirements:

· 18 years and older

· Extremely reliable, on time and ready to get dirty every day!

· Team player- we always work in teams depending on the jobs that day

· Daily use of your vehicle to get from job site to job site(s), driver’s license, gas and insurance

· Textable cell phone with map program for daily job assignments and driving directions from job to job

· Must be able to physically: be up and down all day, kneel for long periods, bend over at the waist for long periods, carry plants and waste bags, rake leaves out of beds, and minor bush trimming involved.

· You must be able to work outside in all weather conditions- we begin and end the seasons with coats, and we work in high humidity and temperature days according to OSHA regulations.

· Must get along with and not be afraid of dogs and cats - we encounter these on a regular basis.

· Must not be allergic to poison ivy – you will encounter this on a regular basis- you will get it at some point in the season.

· Must not be allergic to bees and wasps- you will encounter these on a regular basis.
