Join this multi-unit franchise and become the Assistant General Manager of the Binghamton, NY location! With several locations in the Northeast region, we are seeking an experienced AGM to help build our brand and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing total operations and leading the store team
• Ensure product quality and a great customer experience
• Implement business planning and expense control
• Teach excellent customer service and execute local store marketing initiatives
• Monitor inventory and ordering of food and supplies
• Train and develop team members
• Ensure all safety and health regulations are met
• Assist in carrying out brand initiatives

Qualifications:

• 1+ years QSR AGM, Assistant Manager, or 3+ years of Shift Supervisor experience
• Ability to hire, develop, and motivate team
• Knowledge of food ordering system, store sanitation, cash management, and budgeting
• ServSafe certification
