Our company is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team and help manage our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, with experience in overseeing staff, budgeting, and project management. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction. They will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and providing feedback to staff to ensure that all goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the business.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Develop and manage budgets.
• Lead and motivate staff to achieve desired results.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,458.00 - $52,907.00 per year
