We are hiring an assistant manager for our new Medical Aesthetics and Plastic Surgery Clinic in Lakeview. This is an assistant management position with room for growth!

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in medical aesthetics, plastic surgery, or dermatology. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the front of house operations (patient check-ins/outs, accepting deliveries, and assisting in overseeing our Hospitality team.

A summary of additional responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of Fulcrum Aesthetics treatments, services and products
• Thoroughly understand patient management software (Aesthetic Record) and other essential platforms used for successful daily operations
• Manage patient expectations and ensure smooth flow in front of house operations. This includes daily communication with patients before and after their procedure day(s)
• Superior phone and in-person etiquette
• Inventory management; receiving and unpacking orders, confirming invoices and packing slips.
• Train and provide support to new Hospitality team members
• Uphold a professional appearance aligning to Fulcrum policies and codes of conduct
• Problem solver, “quick on their feet”
• Respond to patient inquiries using the company’s inquiry email

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
