Spring City Indoor Trampoline Park is the number one entertainment facility in Grand Island and strives to provide kids and families with a safe and healthy place to entertain themselves.

Currently, we are in search of an Assistant Manager to join our team!
Compensation: $16 starting out – opportunity for advancement.

Must be available to work weekends – Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (as late as 11:00pm Friday and Saturday nights)

The assistant manager will report directly to the General Manager and work in tandem to reinforce operational and cultural standards.

Conduct sales and recommendation of products based on guest needs.

• Work with and support the general manager.
• Coach and develop a large and diverse team through clear written and verbal communication.
• Assist with staff duty delegation – Assistant Managers are responsible for running the parks when managers are not present.
• Ensure execution of training programs to equip team to perform their job functions successfully and deliver positive guest experiences.
• Complete incident reports.
• Maintain a friendly, outgoing personality with our guests and team members.
• Provide guests with a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Coordination of birthday parties and events.
• Assist in managing inventory on a weekly basis.
• Responsible for coordinating opening and closing park procedures.
• Act as a first responder to emergencies and respond appropriately.
• Help maintain a clean environment; some cleaning duties will apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older to apply.
• Retail sales experience highly desired.
• Customer Service experience.
• Great Leadership and motivational skills required.
• Amusement or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during normal business hours, including weekends and some holidays.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
• Is able to stand for long periods of time and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
