Main priority: G&A/Support Functions FP&A

  • Analyze financial data to discover underlying trends, track efficiency, and strive to continuously improve results for the Business Partnership Community.
  • Maintenance and tracking of Headcount and vacancies within the BPC organization.
  • Enhance and create extensive financial reporting and data visualizations to accurately convey the overall picture and identify problem areas for investigation.
  • Execute monthly closing activities consisting of reporting, reconciliations, and presentations featuring results and KPIs for review with site leadership.
  • Develop annual budget and revision processes using current year trends and future targets..
  • Ownership of allocation key construction & methodology which determines costs per brand
  • Monthly communication of BPC costs to brands
  • Monthly-Quarterly review meetings with each BPC department head (Accounting/Purchasing/Regulatory/Payroll/Human Resources/Customer Management) to explore budget vs actual variances and collaborate on room for efficiencies.
  • Ability to communicate the capex actuals (authorized, committed, invoiced…) on a regular basis
  • Contribute to the definition of ROI for major Capex/Opex projects
  • Actively contribute to action plans around efficiency improvements
  • Work on ad-hoc analysis upon projects and specific needs from the leadership team
  • Be the key finance contact for the Brand Controllers in terms of G&A costs & variance explanations

Additional Responsibilities: 10%

  • Backup monthly financial closing process for logistics business units
  • Monitor and report Capex process with accounting team (authorized, committed, invoiced…)
  • Assist monthly/quarterly communication of actual costs with HQs
  • Assist with construction of semi annual reporting and presentations to Headquarters (Brands)
  • Guarantee compliancy to our internal policy within the scope of work (internal control compliancy)
  • Work on ad-hoc analysis upon projects and specific needs from the leadership team


PROFILE

  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Supply Chain- Luxury goods industry, and/or retail related preferred. Project management experience a plus.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, along with being analytical and being able to challenge internal partners
  • Strong team player and strong relationship builder

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $80,000.00 - $133,000.
