Assistant Program Manager – Residential IRA
Reports to: Program Manager IRA
Location: Onondaga County
Full-Time: Weekly schedule will include evening and weekend hours
Non-Exempt: $18.08 - $19.64/hour

Our focus is supporting individuals by ways of residential housing, mental health and clinical services, and immersing our participants in community engagement. Working closely with the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities and the Office of Mental Health, we support 27 housing locations and 3 administrative buildings.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive employee to provide person centered services and support to individuals residing in our Individual Residential Alternatives (IRA).
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting Program Manager with day to day operations of the IRA
- Provision of services for participants
- Providing support to maintain the health and safety of the participants
Education & Experience
High school diploma/GED plus 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities, required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Basic word processing and e-mail skills required.
Conditions of Employment
Must have valid driver’s license transportation necessary to meet program needs. Must be able to lift 75 pounds
