Assistant Office Manager
Ground Effects Landscaping was established in the mid-1990s in Cohasset, and our current office location is in Carver, MA. We service the South Shore from Boston to Cape Cod, concentrating in Hingham, Norwell, Cohasset, Scituate, and Marshfield.
We are a full-service landscape design, construction, and maintenance company with a new retail and trucking division. Our services range from large-scale landscape designs to weekly yard maintenance.
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Office Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be:

Assistant Office Manager Responsibilities
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in social media promotion
- Positive attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to multi-task
● You will be responsible for day-to-day entry/maintenance of transactions, maintaining records, and creating reports on an as-needed basis.
● Executing the small tasks that keep our office running smoothly; including reordering office supplies, assisting in employee training and HR activities.
● This position reports to the Office Manager. We are a small business, having an open mind, good attitude, and willingness to help where needed is a must.
Assistant Office Manager Experience
● Office Assistance/Management: 2+ years (Preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
