You might be the right person if you :

• Self-starter & solution oriented
• Assume positive intent and brings passion to work
• Interested in the building of a Master-planned community (Land Development)
• Working with Homebuilders, Association Management, Legal, Accounting & Trades
• Have used metrics and analytics as part of your solutions

Primary Responsibilities:

• Performs special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organization
• Perform site visits to Surprise, AZ (mileage will be reimbursed at the federal rate)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Internship or Part-time (flexible) (not to exceed 20 hours per week)
• Detail-orientated with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information.
• Reliable Transportation
