Salary Range: $42,000 - $45,000
Schedule: Full-Time
First
- Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- May vary due to staffing levels
- On-call weekly rotations required
What You Will Be Doing
The position will provide support to the staff and individuals served in the respite program that is diagnosed with IDD, autism, and behavioral health needs. This position will work in both planned respite stays and crisis stabilization settings. The Assistant Manager will oversee the registration and discharge of respite guests to ensure the accuracy of information is provided to Boundless, which includes but not limited to records related to care plan during staff, medications prescribed, and training of employees on ISP.
Required Qualifications/Education:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and written
Required Licensure/Certification:
- Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
- Medicine Administration 1, 2, and 3. (Training will be provided, if not already certified).
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance.
- No more than 5 points on license
Prefered Experience:
- Minimum of two years experience working with intellectually or developmentally disabled individuals – preferably in the autistic or behavioral health field.
