Job description
This is an entry-level management position for someone who presently works as a cook or a bartender. you are required to have 1 year minimum experience as a cook in a casual restaurant and 1 year as a mixologist. both are required to apply to do this job.
Availability is required all evenings except Sunday, from 4 PM to 1 AM the only exception would be college maybe 1 night. You will be scheduled 5 evenings if hired full time. You must live close by because call in may happen.
It is expected that you will understand all basic restaurant terminology and have ability to work both in the kitchen or in the bar without hesitation.
Any additional knowledge relevant to pool ,music booking and pool dart tournaments or leagues would be beneficial but not required.
This position is a direct track to general manager of the billiard club
