Assist with monitoring, evaluating and implement strategy's to maintain and improve the Company’s sales volume and penetration in the assigned geographic area. This position is responsible for helping drive sales volume, expense control, market share and achievement of sales goals.
Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Assists with Developing sales and marketing plans by preparing objectives, strategies, and profit and loss projections.
- Manage performance, schedules and activities to achieve service center goals.
- Meet with team members to provide performance updates and notify of schedule or staffing changes.
- Lead Product Knowledge (PK) training sessions
- Assures the successful launch of new segments and new channels by assuming responsibility for planning, promoting and introduction.
- Provide individual and team progress updates vs. goals.
- Assists in the preparation budgets to support the sales and marketing functions related to residential plumbing, HVAC and other lines of business.
- Provide training on technical issues affecting the Sales Program (HVAC equipment, etc.).
- Monitors and tracks sales statistics and performance. Develops and implements sales process improvement initiatives.
- Assists management planning by contributing performance data through written reports and presentations.
- Develops a knowledgeable sales force in service lines by conducting and overseeing technical and business related in-house training.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3-7 years of sales experience required. Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related discipline is desired. Strong written and verbal communications/selling skills are required. Must be competent in the use of standard office software applications.
