PC Laptops is currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to plan, direct and control all activities of our warehouse. This position includes, but is not limited to, providing materials, equipment, and supplies by directing receiving, warehousing and distribution services along with supervising staff associated with the warehouse.

WHAT THE JOB IS:
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Maintains warehouse staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Other job duties as needed.
ATTRIBUTES WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Self-motivated. Must be a self-starter with a "can do" attitude looking to be a team player.
- Basic computer hardware knowledge. Use PC based applications, including, Outlook, and Microsoft Office, internet and web-based applications
- Ability to practice safe work habits.
- Ability to work full time - schedules may change and vary in hours based upon company needs
- 1-2 Years Management experience preferred.
- Prior warehouse management experience preferred.
- Knowledge of 5s, Six Sigma, Lean principles helpful.
- Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Detail-oriented.
- Reading Skills
- Math Aptitude
- Time Management

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- High school education or equivalent
- Local Candidates Only
- Must be at least 18 years old
