ColorWorks, a division of Concord Building & Design Center, is looking for an Assistant Store Manager at the Maynard Store location.
ColorWorks is a leading retailer of Benjamin Moore paints, Hunter Douglas, Festool, Cabot Stains, Sikkens, and many other products preferred by professional contractors and quality-conscious homeowners. Requirements:
You must be outgoing and energetic, detail oriented, and dedicated to excellent customer service. Possess a two- or four-year degree or equivalent work experience, including management experience.
- Build positive working relationships with employees
- Assist in determining staffing needs; recruit employees and establish work schedules
- Train, coach, and manage store employees
- Build customer loyalty by providing outstanding service, following through on commitments and establishing rapport with customers
- Communicate effectively with customers, employees and management
- Make decisions regarding pricing, credit and other customer issues
- Work with manager and sales reps to manage accounts with special credit problems
- Manage time and resources effectively
- Analyze market conditions: competition, trends, issues & opportunities.
