Assistant Store Manager

Two Creeks Ventures is a franchisee for Take 5 Oil Change, the fastest growing quick lube brand in the US. Overview:

We are seeking ambitious, self-driven, outgoing leaders with strong customer service skills to help us build a market-leading presence across northern Colorado. We currently operate two Take 5 stores in Arvada and Loveland, with several new stores in planning and development, giving you an opportunity to be a key part of a rapidly growing business.

We will give you extensive training and support to manage a store according to our unique Take 5 stay-in-your-car customer experience. Although our services are centered around changing oil and other light automotive maintenance services, the key to our success is delivering the highest level of customer service of any industry, which is why we were ranked #1 by J.D. Power for Customer Satisfaction for Aftermarket Quick Oil Changes last year.

As Assistant Store Manager you will:

• Be a critical part of a store’s leadership team, serving as a role model and mentor for the other junior team members.
• Assume the responsibility and authority of the Store Manager in the Store Manager’s absence, which includes running the shop floor during customer visits.
• Support the training of a team of 9-12 customer service maniacs, ensuring they deliver a customer service experience that exceeds industry standards every time they visit.
• Perform normal activities in support of the store’s management, to include performing opening and closing procedures, managing the daily schedule, adjusting the team staffing throughout the day based on car volume, responding to unique customer issues and concerns, and assisting with counting and adjusting inventory.
• Perform all lube technician duties in serving customers to include engine oil and oil filter changes, inspection and top off automotive fluids, adjusting tire pressure, air/cabin filters and wipers replacement, coolant exchange, and processing payment for services.
• Oversee a clean and safe work environment.

• Be somewhat flexible in the timing of hours worked—a weekly schedule of 40 hours plus 5 hours of over-time is guaranteed.
• Have full mobility and be able to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to fifty (50) pounds, and maneuver in and out of a shallow 3’ deep pit used to safely service cars.

Job Type: Full-time, day shift, flexible hours

Compensation: $23.00 to $26.00/hr from hourly wage, sales commission and tips paid weekly

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Strong retail and customer-facing (Preferred)
