Equivalent ExperienceWe are hiring for a Assistant Superintendent to support a 6-month Mega Multi Family Residential project in Hauppauge Long Island. If interested, please feel free to apply and I'll discuss the opportunity in more detail with you.
Description:
- Candidate will be traveling to project sites at a national level.
- Projects are commercial, light medical, and financial institutions.
- Scope of work ranges from flooring/paint jobs to full renovations and fit-outs.
- Oversight of work throughout the day.
- Oversight of subcontractors on site.
- Ensuring safety on site.
- Maintaining communication with contractors and managers.
- Submitting reports and providing photos.
- Projects last usually 3-4 weeks then will be switched to a new one.
Top Skills Details:
- 1+ years of experience
- Experience overseeing and effectively communicating with sub-contractors
- Strong knowledge of understanding drawings and design intent
- Must hold a valid OSHA 30
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- Procore knowledge a preference
- Knowledge of multi-family construction a preference
