Basic Functions

• 9+ Years of experience in the enterprise application design & SDLC process.
• Oversee & Support product planning and the high-level product development roadmap and prioritization. Responsible for roadmap delivery and driving product backlog. Drive alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
• Define requirements for and design solutions for contemporary data and analytics products across healthcare market segments
• Hands-on Experience in developing Azure Cloud technology, Databricks, ADF, Azure SQL and ADLS
• Discover the needs of prospective customers (brokers, employers, providers, patients, pharmaceutical, payers, insurers, etc.) that EXL Data & Analytics is uniquely positioned to address.
• Market research, analysis, competitive advantage, value creation/differentiation and go to market suppor
• Coordinate effectively with company leadership: Ensure product initiatives align with broader company goals and available resources.
• Extensive Experience in SQL server, Hadoop, Tableu, Data Quality concepts, Data Governance & Security
• Responsible for leading detailed design and managing end-to-end product implementation
• Create a product culture aligned with our core values: Work with R&D to develop a transparent and collaborative product development process based on agile principles
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define, refine and improve our product vision and value proposition.
• Ensure that the organization understands the vision and direction for the product roadmap and strategy
• Evaluate market trends, product industry and competition strategies to provide recommendations on product pricing and positioning.
• Effectively position products for all markets and all buyer types.
• Seek new market opportunities by leveraging the company’s distinctive competence in brining novel and disruptive technology and products to our markets.
• Manage expectation regarding road blocks, proactively, in the critical path to help ensure successful delivery of the solution
• Learn from the market and inform solution/service and product design
• Leverage hands-on understanding of multiple analytical skill-sets and projects to drive support service delivery in successful execution in emerging areas
• Consolidate learning from multiple projects to help develop new services and solution offerings in partnership with solution architects and product managers
• Research emerging healthcare trends, reflect on market direction and create a direction for operations/service delivery to stay a step ahead of future demand trends
• Strong executive-level client facing skills and the ability to communicate complex analytical concepts with confidence to a non-technical executive audience
• Work seamlessly with other teams including Analytics, Clinical, Sales, Account Teams, and Technology.
• Drive the product organization towards agile framework - Business Analytics, User Acceptance Testing, Client Training, User Documentation

Essential Functions

• Multi-disciplinary technologist who enjoys designing and executing Healthcare solutions.
• 9+ years of experience in US Healthcare.
• •Deep Knowledge on Claims & Payments Lifecycle in US Healthcare
• •Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions
• •Hands-on Experience in Cloud technologies
• •Ability to work on multiple product features simultaneously.
• Quick learner with ability to understand product’s functionality end to end.
• Experience with Strong knowledge of algorithms, design patterns and fundamental computer science concepts
• Experience working in agile methodologies (SCRUM) environment and familiar with iterative development cycles.
• Would be responsible for tuning queries for performance, security and stability of the reports.
• Healthcare product development or services or consulting experience beneficial
• Primary Internal Interactions
• Review with the Product, Build and business teams to align outcomes and revenue opportunity
• Assessment meeting with VP & above for capability development.
• Mentor & Train teams on technology transformation

Required Skills –

• Azure Cloud – Databricks, ADF, Azure SQL , Unity Catalog, Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge in SQL Server : Advanced SQL, Stored procedures and function, Hadoop, Zepellin, Ambari
• Enterprise modeling tool and data integration platform – (SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS))\
• Uderstanding of Healthcare business vertical and the business terms with
• Good analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills - oral and verbal
• Ability to work with various stakeholders
• Excellent Team player, with the ability to build & sustain teams
• Should be able to function as an Individual Contributor as well if required.
• Mentor people and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts and so on while delivering performance feedback

Skills Nice to Have

• Experience on Big Data Tools, Power BI, Tableau
• Certifications in Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
• Certifications in Azure
• PMP & CSPO preferred
