We are looking for employment attorneys to join our Associate team and help support our Trial Practice Group and caseload growth. We work remotely but provide access to shared office space if desired.

- Identify inefficiencies and solutions with the bottom line in mind

- Meet with Clients
- Provide information regarding initial client meetings
- Draft EEOC charges & correspond with the EEOC
- Research law
- Investigate cases and interview witnesses
- Draft complaints
- Draft discovery requests
- Finalize and review discovery answers prepared by paralegal
- Assist with good faith letters & conferences
- Depositions and motions practice
- Participate in focus groups
- Trial & arbitration prep and assistance
- Be a fully integrated team player with a passion for excellence.
- Utilize and maximize firm technology to leverage yourself and create efficiencies
- Waive into Georgia if not already Georgia-licensed

Requirements
- Georgia and/or Alabama law license with good standing
- 1+ years of Civil Litigation experience
- Employment law experience is a plus
- Federal Court experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
