Job description
Law Office of Gregory Javardian, LLC is looking to hire an attorney to handle real estate litigation and foreclosure matters. We are seeking candidates that have 1-3 years of experience with creditor’s rights litigation, including Pennsylvania foreclosure. The ability to work independently while also being a team player is a necessity. A successful candidate will also be good at deadline management and proactively tracking details for numerous files simultaneously.
Job Duties:
· Manage Litigation caseload
· Accomplish organization goals by accepting responsibility for new and different requests
· Research new issues, as needed
· Attend Sheriff’s sales, hearings, and conciliation conferences/mediation hearings
· Draft motions and certifications relating to litigation and foreclosure
· Oversee paralegals working on litigation and foreclosure matters.
Salary commensurate with experience.
