• The founding owner of a well- established, 5-op, fully equipped general practice in a prosperous suburb* of Syracuse, NY is poised to retire from full time dental practice and business ownership. Ideally, the seller will become a 1-2 day/week employee in the practice for 2-3 more years with an heir apparent ready at the helm. Therefore, with its stunning waterfront facility, incredibly tenant-friendly lease and robust hygiene recall program, the practice must be perpetuated seamlessly through December 31, 2025 (or well beyond in renewal options through 2035). To the right candidate in that regard, the owner is excited to giveaway a 49% partnership in the business with nothing down.
