Location: On-Site in Bedford, MA

This Role:

Will work with internal teams to provide cutting edge solutions that will directly improve the healthcare industry. Specifically, this position manages employees who process incoming charts and work on chart deficiency issues. You’ll contribute to our fast-paced, collaborative environment working across multiple teams and with clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven managerial skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and experience working with medical records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all charts, logs and other chart related files are received from clients
• Resolve system issues that may be preventing the processing of daily files
• Assist with new client implementations

Required:

• Medical record information experience
• Operational management experience
• Proficiency with MS 365 including Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred:

• Knowledge of HIM, hospital EMRs, and file movement
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience working with global teams
• Prior client-facing experience
