Primary Responsibilities:
- Creates and develops processes to ensure we are thinking more holistically across BUs, Channels and Customers.
- Partners with the Strategy & Business Planning team to ensure we are delivering against key Enterprise Planning milestones.
- Ensures the cohesiveness of our overarching Danone Commercial Strategy across BUs, Channels and Customers.
- Drives standardization of BU content to ensure we show up as one company to the field sales organization.
- Gather data and perform analyses to support evolving our Channel and Customer segmentation model
- Deliver on ad hoc requests for additional needs regarding data pulls, presentation development, etc.
- Ability to Relate: Ability to relate to a wide range of stakeholders in an authentic and real way. Presents with humility and credibility with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Builds Trust: Builds strong interpersonal connection through authenticity and empathy, while demonstrating the ability to transform themselves over time. Must be credible with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.
- Executive Presence: Sophisticated, polished presentation. Bold and confident without ego and can build trust with group presidents and other senior business leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Shows Foresight: Anticipates and interprets market changes, from which clear strategic priorities and choices can be made. Thinks and plans ahead, reframes issues, and quickly cuts through complexity to the key success levers.
- 4 year business degree
- 2 - 4 years work experience
- Strong organization skills
- Understanding of trade systems/deduction management
- Analytical skills and ability to analyze data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Superior communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong, proven potential leadership skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ideally some CPG experience
- 10% travel

The base compensation range for this position is $72,000-85,000. Danone North America additionally offers a performance-based bonus and has a strong benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Prescription Drug Coverage, 401k Plan, Wellness Program, Life Insurance, Tuition Reimbursement, Flexible Time Off, and Paid Parental Bonding Leave, among other benefit plan options.
