What You Will Do as an Associate Marketing Manager

Lead marketing efforts for Image Authority, our direct-sale, custom-uniform program business unit. This position focuses on improving the customer experience and creating demand within our large government and corporate accounts. This marketer will work closely with our account teams to develop, execute, and improve our customer communications, website ordering platforms, customer onboarding programs, and overall customer experiences. Additionally, the role will develop Image Authority marketing materials to attract and engage potential new customers.

How You Will Make a Difference:

• Understand customer needs and behaviors to proactively develop and maintain an overall positive experience while meeting specific account requirements.
• Lead customer experience improvement projects built upon our legacy customer website platform
• Design and implement programs for onboarding new users to key accounts’ uniform programs based on each account’s specific needs & requirements.
• Using internal and customer insights, help shape our organization’s new website platform strategy, requirements, and user experience while managing overall digital experience on an ongoing basis.
• With our customer’s experience in mind, recommend platform improvements through user flows, task flows, and journey maps.
• Demand Generation within existing customer accounts:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy & plan for each of our top accounts to maximize participation in our uniform programs
Promote the uniform program within the customer’s ecosystem
Design and manage communication programs (primarily email and text) with account owners

• Develop and execute Image Authority brand marketing plan including website, social, and other marketing collateral.

Skills for Success

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications preferred.
• 2-3 Years of B2B marketing (preferably with a focus on digital) experience preferred.
• Website management and email marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent project management skills critical to success.
• Proven ability to clearly and effectively communicate user needs and provide solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
