Associate Payroll Administrator

Full-time | Human Resources | Location – Olathe, KS, 66022

Assists in entering all required data for processing weekly payroll for US & Canada, including processing quarterly bonus incentives, periodic commissions, and bonus payouts.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll assist to prepare and distribute carious payroll related reporting. This will involve:

• Ensures accuracy for weekly payrolls for US multi-state and Canadian multi-province payroll.
• Enters new hire, status changes, and terminations into payroll software. Complies data such as garnishments, insurance, 401(k) deductions and personnel/payroll changes.
• Assists with reporting and/or all other payroll reporting inquiries from employee and management across the company
• Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record keeping and proper deductions.
• Ensures excellent customer service by responding to inquiries form employees regarding payroll and/or benefits related questions in a friendly, time-sensitive and accurate manner.
• Remains current in payroll and tax lay to ensure compliance and solid, current advice regarding payroll matters.

HOW TO SUCCEED

We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

• Possesses a minimum of two year's payroll and time keeping experience
• High School Diploma, or GED
• Demonstrates a proven track record in processing multi-state payroll for 500+ employees with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Demonstrates an understanding of payroll taxes and benefit deductions.
• Demonstrates proficient knowledge of US multi-state payroll tax laws.
• Demonstrates a general knowledge of relevant employment law (FMLA, FLSA).
• Demonstrates a proven track record and commitment to exemplary customer service with a focus on responding to payroll related inquiries from employees in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
