Inside Passage Harley-Davidson is seeking an Assistant Store manager for our Seasonal location,

We're looking for a motivated team leader to join our team and provide a unique Harley-Davidson experience for tourists this season! Inside Passage Harley-Davidson has been a licensed Harley-Davidson vendor in Ketchikan for a long time, our aim is to continue to grow our store's brand and outreach. We are open during the cruise season from April-October.

Responsibilities of the job include:

• Verifying inventory count before and after the season
• Reconciling end-of-day records and deposits
• Scheduling and staffing the location
• Operating the POS system for customer transactions
• Merchandising the store in an organized, aesthetically pleasing manner
• Keeping inventory stocked
• Carry boxes of t-shirts and merchandise up to 50lbs
• Ensuring the location is cleaned and restocked.
• Other duties as assigned

Work Experience:

• Retail Management experience is preferred but not required

Skills or educations:

• Diploma, GED, or equivalent is preferred but not required
• General Computer skills are required, email, operating POS, creating signage
• Money handling
• Customer Service

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
