Busy fast-paced law office is looking for a full time in office or office/remote hybrid Estate Planning – Probate attorney to join our growing team.

· Do you have experience helping people set up their Estate Planning?

· Do you have experience with assisting people in the Probate process?

If your answer is yes, we would like to meet you.

We are looking for an Attorney with excellent customer service skills who is motivated, organized, and client-focused.

Qualifications:

· Active member of the Florida Bar

· Has 8 + of experience in Estate Planning and Probate/Guardianship administration experience

· Has the capacity to handle cases and clients independently

· Shows compassion when dealing with clients and puts them at ease during their difficult time
