Position Description: This position is directly responsible for the daily operation of the Attractions Department. He/she provides direct support to the Attractions Supervisor and Manager while providing overall guidance and leadership to the Attractions Operators. Typically serves in front-line positions during the Winter months.

Position Responsibilities:

• · Deliver outstanding Guest Service, and be knowledgeable about the park and its offerings.
• · Directly oversee Attractions Operators.
• · Assist the Attractions Training Coordinator with training on attractions as necessary.
• · Ensure compliance and proper documentation in accordance with the Train the Trainer program.
• · Organize daily assignments and break schedules for all positions within the Department.
• · Ensure the cleanliness standard is being met at all times on all attractions.
• · Work with Attractions Supervisor to ensure labor optimization.
• · Regularly serve in front-line positions as needed.
• · Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the operation, including special projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• · Must be at least 18 years of age.
• · Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• · Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• · Strong leadership, critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills, with the ability to efficiently manage time and work without direct supervision.
• · Ability to work outdoors in extreme temperatures and conditions.
• · Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• · Must have reliable transportation.
• · Previous Supervisory experience preferred.

Within 2023 work the following hours and earn a scholarship! You must be a full-time student enrolled in at least 12 credit hours per semester. Scholarship will be paid directly to your higher education school.

250 hours - $500 higher education scholarship

400 hours - $1,000 higher education scholarship

600 hours - $1,800 higher education scholarship

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour
