We are currently looking for an
Automotive Repair General Manager to join our winning team. We are a busy full service Automotive Repair facility looking for the right candidate that is motivated to grow the business while provide exceptional customer service.
The candidate that we are looking for is someone that currently or previously has run Automotive Repair shop with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Automotive industry. This person is someone who has worked with Service Writers and Automotive Technicians in a shop.
We are dedicated to providing quality services to customer vehicles in the areas of general inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and repair utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience. This person will be responsible for daily Business operations and Store performance (grow car count, safety, efficiencies, and profit/loss accountability). He or she promotes customer satisfaction and retention and growth of existing and new business. Automotive General Store Manager Benefits:

- Managing and directing all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including recruiting, hiring, training, motivating, evaluating, scheduling and coaching employees
- Delivering exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers
- Following up with customers, services requested, estimated completion times etc.
- Overseeing the completion of vehicle inspections and then make comprehensive recommendations—building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts
- Delivering and discussing pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials
- Leading, managing, and training team while keeping in tune with our companies’ vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
- Overseeing all sales, accounting and clerical functions from Service Advisors
- Overseeing technicians’ inspections, diagnosing and repairing of domestic, European and Asian cars and light trucks
