Job Description:
Green Auto Plus, a very busy 12-bay repair shop plus 6-bay body shop, previously Champion Lincoln Dealership, is seeking an experienced Auto Repair Manager in the Brockton, MA area. We are looking for the right candidate with a vision of success to take us to the next level. The Automotive Manager helps lead a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional value and satisfaction to our customers continuously.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, train, lead, and monitor the performance of service advisors, service technicians, and support staff to promote 100% customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
• Create an environment that is conducive to managing daily workflow effectively and efficiently.
• Utilize pricing parameters and strategies to generate profit.
• Interview, hire and mentor service advisors and technicians.
• Advance manufacturer relationships to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

• Five years of automotive managerial experience.
• Successful track record with service experience.
• Valid Driver's License.

Experience:

• Service writing: 3 years (Required).
• Automotive Service: 3 years (Required).
• Automotive Management: 3 years (Preferred).
• Mitchell 1 Software Experience

Location: Brockton, MA 02301: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
Job Type: Full-time Shift: 10-hour shift with weekend availability.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year. based on experience
