Responsibilities
- Inspect every service repair order and/or invoice for proper completion and accuracy.
- Manage cash drawer and report balance daily to supervisor.
- Deliver to the account department all service orders and parts invoices closed during the business day.
- File repair orders as directed.
- Answer telephone, transfer calls as requested, and take messages as needed.
- Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
- Greet customers and direct them to service consultant.
- Meet customer service standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic skills with computer and office machines
- Excellent listening/communication skills, outgoing and positive personality
- Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
- Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $16.00 per hour
