The right candidate will perform repair and service on customer and inventory vehicles with management’s guidelines for productivity, safety, and efficiency.

COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 7am - 4pm

Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Check RO for out time / waiter
  • Check Vehicle for any damage missed by service advisor
  • Install seat cover and steering wheel cover
  • Inspect exterior lighting, wipers, horn, tires
  • Road tests vehicles including inventory and client vehicles.
  • Rack the vehicle
  • Open hood, check fluids, belts, hoses, leaks
  • Inspect under vehicle, note recommendations on RO
  • Remove wheels measure brakes
  • Check differential, Drive line, Exhaust, shocks, and steering
  • Tech turns in RO into advisor before continuing service so recommendations can be presented to customer
  • Perform Service

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Service Technician experience, and ASE Certification preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Diagnostic, Electrical and Engine Repair
  • Dexterity, requiring a steady hand, excellent hand-eye coordination
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Excellent customer service skills and basic computer competencies
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
  • Valid and insurable driver's license required.
