In our 10 bay facility, located just 15 minutes south of Des Moines we currently have 4 techs, 3 advisors and are looking to add to our team to keep up with the demand. Never worked on all makes all models? That's OK we can help you grow your skills. We have had past employees developed skills to be able to start their own repair shops, will your current employer help with this?

Ideal Candidate would possess:

• Experience with all makes and models, but not a must.
• Ability to Flag a minimum of 30 hours per week to start.
• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Various Diagnostic equipment experience is a plus.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve while working in our business.

Must have:

• Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.
• Desire to flag 40+ hours a week
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Drivers license.

Physical Requirements:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by any applicant in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the Automotive Technician must:
• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
