Are you ready to begin a career in
Aviation Repair? As an
Aviation Production Technician, you will conduct surface prep operations on turbine engine components using chemical, mechanical, blasting and masking processes. Candidates will be assessed during the interview process to be placed in one of three skilled positions: Chemical Process Technician, Grit Blast Technician, or Masking Technician.
All training is provided! $19/hr plus $2-$3 shift premiums! Openings on 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts.

What will your workday look like?
- Perform pre-application preparation of parts and post-application tasks to prepare parts for subsequent manufacturing operations.
- Conduct a variety of cleaning processes on turbine engine components using chemical and mechanical cleaning processes, following established procedures.
- Communicate frequently with team members regarding work instructions and voice problems to supervisors or other departments as required through work records.
- Perform various levels of equipment, environmental and safety maintenance, as well as follow all safety and environmental rules that apply. Use of safety and personal protection equipment is mandatory.
- CRT team members actively participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts. This position will include communication with engineers, lab technicians, and other employees to improve results of our processes.
- This position can prepare you for a career in aviation repair in a variety of skilled trades, such as Welding, Machining and Non-Destructive Testing.
Qualifications:
- Strong verbal and written communication and comprehension.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and/or material control processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Mechanical/Technical aptitude preferred.
