Sonoran Technology and its teaming partners have won the Contract Aircrew Training/Courseware Development (CAT/CWD) contract for the B-1 and B-52 Bomber CAT/CWD contract at Dyess AFB and Barksdale AFB. Sonoran will be managing the Dyess AFB location, and we are accepting resumes from qualified individuals with a background in mission crew training with emphasis on the B-1 Bomber aircraft. This contract provides services to the Air Force customer in the areas of conducting academic and training device instruction in support of formal course syllabi, training plans, and event lesson plans to formal course students in order to accomplish required event objectives and specific event tasks. The contractor may be required to provide mission qualification training and continuation training to permanent party aircrew.
These positions will require a minimum active/current DoD security clearance of at least Secret (Some positions will require a Top Secret/SCI).

Bachelor’s Degree is required at a minimum
ExperienceB-1 Pilot Instructor SME Qualifications:
Qualified in the B-1 (for B-1 instructors) aircraft within last 7 years.
Qualified as a contract instructor in the B-1 (for B-1 instructors) within the preceding two years.
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
Previous flight instructor/evaluator experience in B-1 (for B-1 instructors).
Ed Tech Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in education or related discipline with a minimum of 18 hours of undergraduate credit in the areas of instructional methodology, tests and measurements, educational psychology, curriculum development, or learning theory
Have attended the military ISD course, or civilian equivalent.
One year of experience in training development.
One-year experience in developing computer based instruction.
Portfolio or sample of lesson to demonstrate mastery of ISD.
IT Programmer
BS in computer science, computer engineering or related technical field.
Requisite Certification for C#.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a software development or programming.
Ability to integrate modeling software utilizing the Unity game engine.
Understanding and application of high and low polygon count models, texture mapping, materials properties, shaders (Anisotropic, Oren-nayer-blinn, Phong, etc.), lighting techniques, decimation, baking (texture, normal, lighting), and FBX 3D file formats.
IT Network Administrator
BS in computer science, information technology or related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
